Airlock 4.2.3 and newer:
- Log in as user menu and select 1) System Management 5) Collect system log
- Download the file from /var/tmp
For older 4.2 versions:
The easiest way to collect all necessary ressources the Airlock support needs to analyze a possible problem is to run the attached script on your Airlock 4.2.
The script collects all necessary files and creates a zipped file out of them.
SSL private keys
The default setting of the script is to not include the SSL private keys. If it should be necessary, you can include them by changing the following setting:
"EXCLUDE_PRIVATE_KEYS=0"
Default is 1.
