Airlock Gateway updates fail on systems older than 2 years


There is an issue with expired internal JWT tokens on Airlock Gateway used to access the configuration REST interface. Possible effects are:

  • System update (e.g. from 7.7 to 7.8) fails with configuration activation errors
  • CRL update not working
  • DHCP not working

The following systems might be affected:

  • Systems running longer than 2 years since the last full installation
  • Systems newer than version 7.3

The following command renews the affected JWT token. Please run this command as root on any affected system especially before updating the system

airlock-user-manager-tool -u airlock-configuration-cli -s -j

We will provide a hotfix for all supported systems within the next days.
