Event: slow-backend

This event is generated if 4 backend requests within 2 minutes need more than 3 seconds each.

Possible reasons:

• network problem in the backend network (fullduplex/halfduplex?)
• bad performance in backend servers
• complex requests

Rating: This problem should be analyzed soon, since it affects the overall system performance. Each pending requests consumes resources on Airlock. The amount of total seconds for requests is almost as important for the performance as the total amount of requests per second.
