This event is generated if 3 ICAP requests within 1 minute take more than 2 seconds each.
Possible reasons:
- network problem in the back-end network (e.g. full duplex / half duplex?)
- bad performance of ICAP server
- misconfiguration of Airlock
Impact: This problem should be fixed soon, since it affects the overall system performance. Each pending requests consumes resources on Airlock. The amount of total time each requests takes is almost as important for the performance as the total number of requests per second.
